The Dance Of The Moon
This maiden collection entitled The Dance Of The Moon in Three language is a cry i am familiar with, the cry of the poet hurling “I am” at a world that is too busy with experiments in multimedia and the deconstruction of traditional genres to pay much attention to such enduring forms as the sonnet. Emerging out of the various voices in each poem, this particular “I am” reveals an essence made up of several recognizable components. Let me try and identify a few of these and simply name them as i would the refrains of one of those children’s songs in which a new element is added with every verse and the list grows to form a primary lesson in counting or in naming.
